Mission: BLK GRL Conglomerate is a Detroit-based nonprofit that advances the wellness, literacy, and economic power of Black girls and women through culturally responsive programming in healing, storytelling, and entrepreneurship building the conditions for long-term thriving, not just crisis response.

Vision: A Detroit  and a world where Black girls and women are never in survival mode. Where rest is not a reward, wealth is not a rarity, and literacy is not a luxury. Where the systems built by us outlast the systems that were never built for us.
